1. General Provisions
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store available at livingwatertechnology.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”).
2. The Store is operated by Living Water Technology Sp. z o.o., registered in Poland.
3. The Terms apply to all users of the Store, including consumers and business customers.
4. By using the Store and placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
Business Customer – a natural or legal person purchasing within the scope of their business activity.
Customer – any entity placing an order via the Store.
Seller – Living Water Technology Sp. z o.o.
Product – a physical item or service available in the Store.
Order – a request submitted by the Customer to purchase a Product.
Sales Agreement – a contract concluded remotely between the Customer and the Seller through the Store.
Account – a personalized panel in the Store where Customer data and order history are stored.
Cart – the section of the Store where selected Products are placed before purchase.

4. Technical Requirements
To use the Store and place Orders, Customers need:
* Internet access and a modern web browser,
* An active email account,
* Cookies enabled.
5. Placing an Order
1. Orders can be placed with or without creating an Account.
2. To place an Order, the Customer must:
- Add Products to the Cart,
- Provide required contact and shipping details,
- Select delivery and payment methods,
- Confirm the Order by completing payment.
3. By placing an Order, the Customer enters into a binding Sales Agreement with the Seller.
6. Prices and Payments
1. All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are shown in Polish zloty (PLN) or euros (EUR).
2. Available payment methods include:
- Bank transfer,
- Credit/debit card,
- PayPal or other electronic payment systems.
3. Orders must be paid within 3 days unless otherwise agreed.
7. Delivery
1. Products are shipped via courier services (including InPost).
2. Delivery is available across the European Union and Eastern Europe.
3. The delivery cost is added to the final price and displayed before checkout.
4. Delivery time is typically up to 7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
8. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
1. Consumers may withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days of receiving the Product without giving a reason.
2. To exercise this right, the Consumer must send a withdrawal statement by email or mail.
3. Returned Products must be sent within 14 days at the Consumer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned Product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
5. Exceptions to withdrawal:
* Customized or personalized products,
* Products with sealed packaging opened after delivery (for health or hygiene reasons),
* Perishable goods.
9. Complaints and Warranty
1. The Seller guarantees that Products are free from defects.
2. In case of defects, Customers may file a complaint by email or in writing.
3. Complaints should include a description of the issue, date of occurrence, and Customer details.
4. The Seller will respond within 14 days.
5. If a warranty applies, its conditions are included with the Product description.
10. Personal Data Protection
1. The Seller is the administrator of Customer personal data.
2. Data is processed solely for the purposes of fulfilling Orders and, if consent is given, for marketing purposes.
3. Customers have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their data.
11. Final Provisions
1. These Terms are governed by Polish law, but international consumer protection laws apply where relevant.
2. The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes do not affect Orders already placed.
